    Its sub- picture size is variable, dividing into eight models. They are MODE0, MODE1, MODE2, MODE3, MODE4, MODE5, MODE6 and MODE7. When the MODE0 model, sub- picture level and vertical direction is full image 1/4. When MODE6 model, sub- picture level and vertical direction is full image 1/2. When MODE7 model, the host/sub- picture level direction respectively occupies 1/2, becoming to the double picture mode. The sub- picture position may select left on, left under, right on, right under four kinds. 

    PIP2002 p-in-p synthesizer’s front panel following chart shows, from left to right respectively are the power switch, the LCD liquid crystal display monitor and the check keystroke. After the opening computer, the top line of LCD display monitor displays the sub-picture position and the sub-picture size, the following line  displays switching output state and main/sub- picture setting.

Sub-picture position (four kinds): UP-LEFT, UP-RIGHT, DOWN-LEFT, DOWN-RIGHT;

Picture size (eight kinds):MODE0 to MODE7;

Switching output state:VIDEO1, VIDEO2, PIP;

Main/Sub- picture: MAIN/SUB, SUB/MAIN;

On the front panel  has 9 keystrokes, from left to right in in turn is:

Model △: After pressing down, this model adds one, and the top right corner of LCD displays corresponding model;

Model ▽: After pressing down, this model reduces one;

Position: Pressing down this key sub-picture changes in turn in four angles. The top left corner of LCD instructs UP-LEFT, UP-RIGHT, DOWN-LEFT or DOWN-RIGHT separately;

Size △: Same model △; Size ▽ : Same model ▽;

Exchange: After pressing down the main/sub- picture may exchange, namely the main- picture becomes the sub- picture the sub- picture becomes the main- picture. LCD also displays MAIN/SUB becoming SUB/MAIN.

Switch 1: After pressing down, output OUT2 cut the INPUT1 video, and the left bottom of LCD displays VIDEO1;

Switch 2: After pressing down, output OUT2 cut the INPUT2 video, and the left bottom of LCD displays VIDEO2;

Switch PIP: After pressing down, outputs OUT2 cut the p-in-p PIP video, and the left bottom of LCD displays PIP;

Above each keystroke adjustment state have computer memory function.

Among "OUT1" as fixed picture-in-picture synthesis output; "OUT2" as switch video INPUT1 or video INPUT2.
