Master/Slave Automatic Detection Switcher

functions
1) Two electing one
master/slave switching four channel output
2) The first
channel input has the power failure to go nonstop function with the third
channel output to go nonstop function
3) Dual channel input signals may be automated
or the manual switch
4) Under automatic
state, the input signal first channel (main) first outputs. When first
channel (main) signal loss, automatically cutting to the second
channel (prepare) input signal. After waiting the first channel signal to
recover, again it cuts to the first way output
5) When manual switch, it may serve as the artificial check. No
automatic detection input state
